Having the opportunity to meet and work with small businesses, porch farmers, crafters, designers, bakers and driven individuals to Pop Up is something that is valued here at Solé and in Buffalo as a whole. Each year we have grown, working with more like minded businesses who want to bring their shop down to the beach and support a fellow local business like themselves.

Not only does this support You, the seller, you get to meet new life long customers. You will have the opportunity to come and display your products any day of your choice, all throughout the summer season.

Here at Solé, we have always sought out ways to support and give back our community. This is one of the ways we have come up with to continue to support and keep our small business community alive and thriving. In doing that, we offer flexibility and a new experience at this unique venue.

Our most popular package at the best value! With this unique package, you're able to come an unlimited amount of times throughout the 2024 season & pop up. If that means you come every Tuesday for Country Night, a week day and every weekend, or every day, it doesn't matter! This package allows you to do it all.

  • Premium logo placement on Sole's new Summer Pop Up Market web page with click-thru link to your social media pages/Etsy shop/website (you chose one).
  • One (1) spot in our 3rd Annual Shop in the Sand Event on Sunday, July 14th.

5 Weekend Bundle

$200 ($250 value)

Our newest package! From the start of the season to the end of the season, can be any Saturday or Sunday of your choosing! Want to come on a Saturday but have a family obligation on Sunday? No problem! This package doesn't make you choose all or nothing, you can have the best of both worlds. Excluding holidays and the day of the 3rd annual Shop in the Sand event.

  • Pop up on pre-selected weekend dates.
  • One (1) Vendor Parking Pass for your pre-selected dates.
  • Choice of area to pop up. (First come, first serve reservation)
  • If there is a rain out, you will be able to reschedule your date.

Shop in the Sand Vendor Fair- $45

Sunday July 14th 1:30PM-7:00PM

Get ready to dip your toes in the sand, shimmy & shop! This year we will be hosting our 3rd annual Shop in the Sand Vendor Fair. This is an outdoor event, but we do have covered spots & electric if needed. You are required to bring your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. We will have live music for everyone to shake & shimmy while they shop.

  • One (1) Vendor parking day pass.

Food Cart/ Food Truck Vendors:

  • 20% of revenue is due on the day of participation. No negotiation on this fee.
  • Solé Sandbar serves food on the premises.
  • Menu/food items must be ok'd prior to the event.
  • Please check our website menu so there is no duplication of items sold.
  • Solé Sandbar serves a summer menu as well as novelty ice cream.

FAQ Section

Are you handicap accessible?

Yes, we are a handicap accessible Beach! We also are equipped with a Charging Station available next to the General Store. We at Solé are an all inclusive venue and work closely to ensure that everyone has the necessary equipment to have an enjoyable experience.

Do you have Electricity on site?

Yes we do have outlets outdoors under the Pavilion upon request. Please see our coordinator Jennifer for availability the day of when popping up.

Is there any shade?

Yes, we have a covered area under the Pavilion just in case you do not want to be out in the sun all day!

Will I have to set up in the Sand?

No, you don't have to! We have a concrete area that you're able to set up on, as well as in our sandbar area. The choice is yours where you prefer to set up.

Do you provide tables & chairs?

No, we do not provide any tables, chairs, tents, etc for vendors to pop up with. Anything you need for your set up, you are responsible to bring with you.

Venue Policies

Please read the following carefully prior to your event.

Here at Sole, we are selective as to who we will have at our venue to assure long term sustainability by including a diverse offering of events and select products.

  • Proof of general liability coverage and/or a signed Sole Liability Waiver must be given with payment prior to set up and/or event. No exceptions.
  • You are required to keep your rented area neat and clear of obstacles, litter and debris.
  • No smoking, vaping, use of marijuana, alcoholic beverages or firearms are permitted. Alcohol exceptions are made on a one-off basis depending on the event and location. NYS Parks Police enforce all park policies, if not followed it may result in a ticket.
  • You are responsible for the actions of your representatives, employees or agents.
  • Complaints against another vendor must be directed to the Vendor Event Coordinator.
  • Social Media: If posting your event on social media make sure to tag @soleatwoodlawnbeach on Instagram and Facebook. We ask that you use the name Sole at Woodlawn Beach. *If you create an event on any site or media please make sure to choose our Facebook tag, Co-host and Not Woodlawn Beach State Park.
  • We do promote our vendors on our social media, but we also rely on our vendors to promote to their followers about popping up/events held at Solé. It takes a village!
  • If you feel there is a situation where you need to call the police or need medical attention, call 911.
  • Vendors: We try not to over saturate any one style product line and therefore may not approve additional products at each event.
  • All products offered for sale must be of good quality and condition. Vendor and Event Coordinators reserve the right to direct any inferior goods be removed from display. Failure to remove products deemed inferior may result in losing the privilege to use our venue.
  • Participating vendors must be directly involved with or knowledgeable about the production of the products being sold. Example: Where is the product manufactured? Is it locally sourced? What are the ingredients? Nickel Free?
  • Solé cannot take responsibility for any of your items due to lack of storage capacity in our facilities. You will need to break down your setup every day when you leave.
  • Solé at Woodlawn Beach does not guarantee sales. We provide you the space to set up, digital brand promotion (social media), a vast network of like minded vendors, access to a new clientele, and overall a completely unique selling experience. The outcome of your individual sales experience is beyond our control. We believe that Pop Up Shops are a fantastic way to receive real time feedback pertaining to your brand, build your network with other entrepreneurs, and make some sales along the way. We cannot offer you a refund if you did not make sales.
